Vivonio Furniture Group is a European furniture manufacturer.
Founded in 2012, Munich-headquartered Vivonio Furniture Group comprises two segments: Living and Office.
The Living segment comprises the brands Staud, KA Interiør and Noteborn, which cover the areas of home furniture through to made-to-measure products in the premium segment. At the same time, Staud and KA Interiør specialise in the production of wardrobes with sliding doors, which are increasingly being used in office environments in addition to the living area.
The Office segment comprises the brands fm Büromöbel and Leuwico. fm Büromöbel and Leuwico manufacture high-quality furniture for offices and working environments as full-range suppliers.
The group operates five production sites in Germany, Austria and Denmark.
THE EXIT
Equistone Fund IV sold its investment in VIVONIO Furniture Group in March 2024.
