Nylacast is a world-class designer and manufacturer of precision-engineered polymer solutions.

Founded in 1967, Nylacast offers a wide range of cast nylon polymer products. Cast nylon has many advantages over alternative materials, being lightweight, versatile, anti-corrosive and durable.

With a strong focus on highly engineered safety-critical components, the business has grown into a leading supplier of metal-nylon bonded solutions, including worm wheels, which are used in electronic power steering systems and electromechanical braking systems for the automotive industry.

Nylacast also serves a wide range of other industries, including marine, oil & gas, agriculture and construction, with bespoke engineered cast nylon products.

Headquartered in Leicester, the business designs and manufactures all its products in-house and employs over 500 people across its four manufacturing and distribution facilities in the UK, China, the USA and South Africa.
